The flat is fully equipped, offering bed linen and a towel service; a kitchen with crockery, pots & pans, stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a dining table with seats; a bedroom with a double bed (width approx. 1,80 m) and a big wardrobe, a sitting room including a sofa bed which could sleep two people (width approx. 1,40 m), an easy chair, a coffee table and flat-screen TV, a bathroom with a shower, sink, vanity unit & mirror cabinet, WC and hairdryer.

Free Wi-Fi. Free use of a private outside parking space for one car. A high chair and a travel cot are available on request and without any additional charges.

The conservatory is connected to the living area and is equipped with a bench and a table. A spacious garden area next to the patio with an idyllic rose garden and a lawn perfect for sunbathing is also at your disposal. The garden is open to every guest of ours and is completely fenced. A charcoal grill which is available during the summer is perfect to spend cosy evenings at joint barbecue dinners.
